Through the benefit of in-person or online involvement, we explore the Yat/Tom work together. This course is designed to delve into the Yat technique through improvisations, written scenarios, incorporating the principals of Stanislavsky and Feldenkrais. Develop your inner and outer movement on a deep personal level, trusting in the contradictions, and welcoming the unknown.
